The farm is located in 75216, a recognized food desert in Dallas. While there are grocery stores, they are often understocked and frequently lack fresh fruits and vegetables.

To give back to the community, The Farm in Oak Cliff has partnered with Helping Hands, Open Hearts, a 501c3 non-profit organization, to donate food baskets to elderly residents primarily within the 75216 zip code. Our goal is to provide monthly baskets to primarily elderly residents. As we grow the farm, we can donate to both elderly residents and low income families.
